FAQ

fkaCS members can borrow up to 30 items at a time for a maximum of 10 weeks per loan. Extensions may be granted provided the item has not been reserved.

Members are welcome onsite Tuesday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm to browse the collection, pick up, or return loans.

Services and organisations are eligible for one free parcel delivery (up to 5kgs) per year, excluding return postage.

Members with the Outreach Program are eligible for 4 free parcel deliveries – return postage included – for the duration of the membership year.

The Multicultural Resource Centre is located on the ground floor, with double-door access. We’re also available by phone, email, or online. Please contact us to discuss your access options.
