Contact your fkaCS consultant to reschedule a planned visit. Alternatively, visits can be rescheduled directly with the Community Language worker, provided that it is a mutually agreeable time for both parties and the family. fkaCS Membership FAQs

Current members, please log in with your Membership ID and password to view, save, and download full resources. For non-members or past members, please purchase an fkaCS membership to receive full access and additional benefits. Click here for more information.

Memberships and the Outreach Program are valid from July 01 to June 30 of the following year. Renewal reminders will be sent before the new membership year.

Multicultural Resource Centre (MRC) FAQs

Damaged or lost items will incur a replacement fee in line with our MRC Terms and Conditions.

Yes! Visitors are welcome to browse and speak to our experienced staff. Please click here for location and accessibility details.

All visitors can browse our MRC online catalogue, but you must be an active fkaCS Member to loan items.

Borrow online: fkaCS Members and those with an Outreach Program Package can use the online catalogue to borrow resources by placing an online order. Once your order is fulfilled, we will let you know when it’s ready for collection or mail out.

Visit us: Our Multicultural Resource Centre is open for in-person borrowing and returns. Appointments are preferred, but walk ins are welcome. The MRC is open open Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 4:30pm.

Generally, the loan period is ten weeks. fkaCS Members can renew their loan for two additional weeks if required.
