Memberships and the Outreach Program are valid from July 01 to June 30 of the following year. Renewal reminders will be sent before the new membership year.

We accept online card payments and PayPal. Payments by EFT or direct deposit can be made by requesting a tax invoice. To pay by phone, please contact our office 03 9428 4471.

To update your password, log into your Membership account and click reset password to follow the prompts. To reset your password. click “forgot password” on the Membership log-in and follow the prompts, or contact our Communication, Membership & Systems Officer on 03 94284471.
