Tenth Anniversary of the National Apology to the Stolen Generations

Today, the 13th of February, marks the Tenth Anniversary of the National Apology to the Stolen Generations. The National Apology was an important step in the journey towards healing and a powerful moment in our nation's history that must never be forgotten.

With the anniversary of the 1965 Freedom Rides occurring in the same week (12th February), as well as recent shifts in the momentum and energy in the national conversation surrounding Australia Day, this is a particularly significant time for all Australians to reflect on our shared history.
