fka Children’s Services (fkaCS) provides support to early childhood education and care services across Victoria. Under normal circumstances, our support is provided onsite, in program at your service.

The fkaCS office and Multicultural Resource Centre will be closed to the public from 26 March 2020 until further notice.

Please note our team of Pedagogy and Practice Consultants are still available via phone or email, but they will be working remotely.

Please phone 03 9428 4471 and leave a voicemail message with your:

• Name
• Number
• Reason for Call
• Preferred Time/Date to Contact

Our voicemail system is checked regularly, and your message will be passed on to the appropriate team member who will return your call within 24 hours (earlier in most cases).

If the matter requires more urgent attention, please email culturalinclusion@fka.org.au. This email account will be monitored from 9:00am – 5:00pm each day.

Of course, if you have been working with one of our team members directly, please email them at their fkaCS email address.

We will continue to be available to provide you with support remotely via email, phone and video conferencing.
